LuluValentine Studio is now open for business, we offer quality skincare products as well as facial services to help promote healthy and glowing skin in the studio and at your home. Below you will find our policy for services, hours and more info to help make booking your facial quick + easy.

Special Instructions:

(ARRIVAL)We ask that you arrive on time or at least 5min prior. If you arrive early please wait in your car until your scheduled time unless asked otherwise. You will be given a 10min grace period before cancellation.

(DEPOSITS) You will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT before booking any service. You at e required to pay the remaining balance after you have received your services. If there’s a no call - no show your card on file will be charged the full price of the service.

(RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION) Please reschedule at least 12hrs before your original scheduled date/time to avoid cancellation. You may reschedule ONLY ONCE FOR up to 30 days after your original scheduled date/time. If there’s a no call- no show your card on file will be charged the entire amount.

(INCONVIENCE) For any reason, if I’m behind on schedule or late for your appointment after 15mins you will receive 10% off your remaining balance after services. I respect your time and support so this is expected of you as well.
